About the Role

The Company is a leading Property Consultant, providing a comprehensive property management solution. This M&E Director role is within its Project's division, undertaking a wide range of schemes primarily focused around fit out and M&E services with values from £30k - £500k.

They have a structured growth plan in place and their turnover has been increasing year on year, driven by their commitment to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across a portfolio of contracts.
  • Secure and deliver projects on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.
  • Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget, exceeding customer expectations wherever possible.
  • Manage the delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements, maximizing profit through cost reductions and better buying of subcontractor services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and site teams/managers to identify and win project opportunities.
  • Generate and secure new sales, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage all bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential orders.
  • Support the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations, and consultation meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, particularly preferred suppliers.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of the annual projects plan.

Requirements

We are seeking a target-driven, commercially aware individual who can develop client opportunities and manage a team of project managers to deliver successful and profitable projects. Ideally, you will have a strong background in M&E services, with experience in project management and team leadership.
