Job Summary
Venn Group is seeking an experienced Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property valuation and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Venn Group, a well-established recruitment agency, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality property asset valuations. The role involves working closely with the Head of Property Services and other team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include undertaking valuation requirements, providing general valuation advice, and conducting site visits. Additionally, the post holder will handle finance and audit enquiries and manage a caseload of asset valuation work.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have current UK driving license and RICS Membership/Registered Valuer. Public sector experience as a valuer is also highly desirable.
