Sales Manager Opportunity

Digital Waffle is working in partnership with a market-leading Telecoms company based in Nottingham to find a talented Sales Manager to join their dynamic sales team.

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams. If you have a knack for closing big deals and a knack for developing high-performance growth cultures, we want to hear from you.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for helping execute new business growth plans, ensuring the team delivers against their budgeted revenue figures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and coaching the team to ensure development and growth.
  • Developing short, medium, and long-term strategies to drive the team to achieve its revenue targets and growth plans.
  • Maintaining weekly reports on team results and building strong relationships with other key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

About you:

  • Skilled sales manager with a proven track record in new business.
  • Hands-on experience working in new business and a strong understanding of Salesforce.
  • Possess outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with a self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience with telecommunication or business messaging solutions is a plus.
