Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Insurance Underwriter to join our team at Crossell. As a Graduate Insurance Underwriter, you will be responsible for analyzing the technical insurability of global corporates, reviewing cover structures, and preparing quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the technical insurability of global corporates in respect of exposures and risk mitigators
  • Review cover structures, wordings, and proposals
  • Prepare quotations and work with distribution partners
  • Develop your own network and work closely with the Head Casualty UK on the development and delivery of the EMEA and local Casualty Strategy
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Inquisitive mindset and a willingness to leave your comfort zone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
