Classroom Support Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Manager to support teaching and learning across Glos schools. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable person with a good standard of education, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
This part-time position (32.5 hours per week, term-time only excluding INSET days) offers a competitive salary (£24,702 - £30,296 pa FTE). The successful candidate will have the ability to supervise whole class groups, manage pupil behaviour, and ensure cover lessons run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise whole class groups and manage pupil behaviour
- Ensure cover lessons run smoothly and work planned by absent colleagues is completed to a high standard
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
