Administration Team Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users and ensuring the smooth operation of our administration, IT, and telecommunication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Management Team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of administration, IT, and telecommunication systems.
- Develop and maintain sound relationships with Change Grow Live Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.
- Provide advice, information, and reports clearly and concisely via the most appropriate channel, while being sensitive to the needs of the audience.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records/data collection on clients, as required by NDTMS, Public health, and Change Grow Live performance frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Be the main port of call for all administration-related matters and undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Nurse Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, and other Change Grow Live Senior Management.
- Be a supportive line manager to our team of Admin Staff.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience of and ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
- IT literacy and experience of using data management systems, including proficiency in word processing, data entry, maintaining databases, and familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- A clear understanding of data protection, information sharing, and confidentiality issues.
- The ability to prioritise and have good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and procedures.
- Qualification in office/data administration (desirable but not essential).
