About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapy Specialist to join our team at Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Psychotherapy Specialist include assessing individuals for art psychotherapy, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions tailored to their needs. You will also be responsible for evaluating clinical outcomes using recognized measures within the service and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise MS students on placement, and participate in planning, development, and evaluation of the art therapy service.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must hold a postgraduate diploma or MA in Arts Psychotherapy and be registered with the HPCP. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, their families, and carers is essential. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals who may have difficulty expressing themselves, are crucial. A high level of understanding of psychodynamic principles and complex mental health issues is also necessary.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
