Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enabling them to participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining their skills and interests, promoting their independence and participation in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of individuals are met.

Requirements
