Catering Team Member

Catering Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As part of the Catering Team, you will be responsible for preparing meals from fresh, seasonal ingredients, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals to meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, waste management, and cleaning schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the Chef Manager to plan menus and manage inventory.
- Provide assistance with meal service, including serving and clearing tables.
About You:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You should have previous experience in a similar role and hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. A commitment to continuing professional development and a willingness to learn are essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career progression.
