Marketing and Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Support Assistant. This multifaceted role involves supporting internal communications, assisting with marketing activities, and providing essential sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing: Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, create marketing collateral, maintain and optimize the CRM Contacts database, and support competitor analysis and event organization.
- Communications & Support: Manage internal office communications, assist in office management tasks and event planning, and support business benefits maintenance with providers.
- Sales Support: Help prepare proposals and reports for divisional leads, attend sales meetings and support the sales function, maintain the HubSpot CRM, and support legal paperwork for new business onboarding.
