SHEQ Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Officer to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Deliver SHEQ inductions to employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Continuously improve our client's ISO management systems, ensuring they remain compliant with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification and experience in a similar role.
  • Auditor certification and knowledge of ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
