Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our team at Radfield Home Care. As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services and building relationships with local communities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and engage with potential community partners to support our community engagement initiatives
  • Plan and host events to promote our services and build relationships with local communities
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital channels
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in community engagement, marketing, and public relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
