Active Care Group is a leading provider of neuro and mental healthcare services in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Murdostoun Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Wishaw.

We provide specialist rehabilitation for people in the early stages of recovery from an acquired brain injury and residential care for individuals with progressive neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the on-site domestic team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep.
  • General cleaning of premises, including floors, sinks, toilets, and surfaces.
  • Carry out periodic cleaning tasks, such as corridor walls, windows, and carpets.
  • Ensure the correct usage, storage, and care of cleaning equipment and adhere to COSHH procedures.
  • Provide high levels of customer care at all times.
  • Complete all statutory and mandatory training relevant to the role.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeper from a healthcare or domestic cleaning background.
  • Experience working unsupervised and on your own initiative.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
