Surveying Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor / Surveying Team Manager to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for leading our new in-house surveying team and driving the delivery of high-quality surveying services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive stock condition survey programme to meet organisational objectives.
- Manage EPC data collection for regulatory compliance and support energy efficiency strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate survey findings into actionable strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Membership with RICS, CIOB, or an equivalent professional body is desirable.
- Significant experience in property surveying techniques and methodologies.
What We Offer:
- £65,000 - £68,000 salary package.
- Generous benefits package, including 25 days holiday (increasing up to 28 days with 3 years' service), contributory pension, flexible working, and investment in your learning and development.
