We are a leading healthcare training provider in Oxford, UK.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The RoleAs an OSCE Trainer with Envertiz Academy, you will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke curricula for nursing students. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our students.
- To develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) standards and competencies.
- To design and deliver high-quality training sessions that equip nurses with the skills and knowledge required to pass the OSCE exam.
- To provide academic, professional, and practical support to international nurses preparing for their OSCE.
Requirements
You must be a Registered Nurse in the UK with significant post-registration experience. You should be familiar with the OSCE exam and have strong communication skills. A teaching and mentorship qualification or equivalent experience in practice is desirable.
