Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of evidence-based investment trade policy, drawing on UK experience and international best practices.
  • Contribute to strategies for multilateral negotiations, working closely with other teams within the Department and beyond.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including international partners, to ensure that UK trade policy and negotiations are informed by diverse perspectives.
  • Produce high-quality briefings for ministers and senior officials, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
  • Support the team on priority projects, driving work forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
