Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division in the South Wales area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple site supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs. This will involve planning, safety, and quality of works carried out, as well as surveying sites to evaluate work required and ensuring adequate resourcing to deliver.

This is a field-based role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, with experience of managing NEC contracts and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a background in the rail industry and experience in effectively leading teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple site supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs
  • Assist with planning, safety, and quality of works carried out
  • Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing to deliver
Requirements
  • Relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent relevant practice experience
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
  • Previous experience in the rail industry
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
