Children's Social Care Specialist

Connect2SocialWork is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team in Kent. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of children and families, conducting assessments, reviews, and preparing welfare reports.
- Develop close working relationships with statutory agencies, voluntary organizations, and private sector partners to achieve good outcomes for children and families.
- Complete accurate and timely recording of information using agreed systems.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of legislation, local policies, and procedures related to Looked After Children, Children in Need, and Child Protection.
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Free DBS and compliance service
