Connect2SocialWork is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team in Kent. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of children and families, conducting assessments, reviews, and preparing welfare reports.
  • Develop close working relationships with statutory agencies, voluntary organizations, and private sector partners to achieve good outcomes for children and families.
  • Complete accurate and timely recording of information using agreed systems.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of legislation, local policies, and procedures related to Looked After Children, Children in Need, and Child Protection.
Requirements:
  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
