About the Role

Dataiku is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive top-line revenue growth and expand our presence in the region. As a Regional Sales VP, you will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for acquiring new logos and ensuring existing clients increase their use of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Project vertical growth, territories, and partners to drive alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, and Customer Success Managers
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and develop top-performing sales professionals
  • Maintain transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and territory allocations

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in software field sales or relevant sales experience
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration preferred
