About the RoleThis role involves liaising with customers to agree unit specifications, designing and developing high voltage power conversion products and associated equipment to agreed specifications, investigating/researching new design techniques, accurately documenting the design, and ensuring products comply with all current legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to agree on product specifications and deliverables.
- Design and develop high voltage power conversion products and associated equipment using expertise in power supply design engineering.
- Investigate and research new design techniques to improve stability, reduce noise, and enhance overall performance.
- Accurately document designs to enable efficient manufacturing packages creation or amendment.
- Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience in power supply design engineering, with a strong understanding of high voltage requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world problems.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with their experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
