Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop expertise in relevant technical or operational competence through continuous professional development.
  • Design and improve training materials, aids, and equipment to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal quality procedures and company processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including developing, planning, thinking, and achieving.
