We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Front Office Associate to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase. Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
- To manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and key card management.
- To handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with a smile.
- To work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- To participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
