Job Title: Maintenance Planner Specialist

About the Role:

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have relevant experience working in a similar capacity for a social housing contractor or housing association. Desired skills and qualifications include knowledge of trades/repairs maintenance, proficiency in Microsoft technology, and experience using FLS or DLS systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this position.
