About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraising and Communications Professional to lead our fundraising efforts and develop a strategic communications plan.

As Director of Fundraising & Communications, you will play a crucial role in realizing our ambitious plans as a charity. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the Fundraising & Communications team, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, and actively engaging with key stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Fundraising & Communications team to achieve fundraising targets
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, trustees, and patrons
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to promote the charity's work

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is circa £65,000 per annum, and we offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.
