We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging regular trips, developing activity programs, and crafting experiences with our residents. About the Job Description
As a key member of our team, the Lifestyle Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Arranging regular trips and outings for our residents
• Developing and implementing activity programs tailored to meet the needs of our residents
• Crafting experiences that promote social interaction, creativity, and overall well-being
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to care and activities
• Providing excellent customer service to our residents, their families, and colleagues

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, life assurance cover, award-winning learning and development opportunities, and more.
