The Role:

  • Implementing and maintaining fire alarm systems for a diverse customer base, encompassing retail units, office blocks, and other commercial premises.
  • Performing a range of tasks from routine maintenance to commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Opportunity to develop installation skills through larger projects for those with a desire to enhance their expertise.
  • Utilizing existing knowledge and experience to identify and rectify issues.
  • Providing a comprehensive service to customers in accordance with British Standards in a specified area.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Fire System maintenance/installation/remedial works.
  • FIA Installation and Maintenance Module.
  • Experience with open / Close protocol fire alarm systems.
  • Electrical design expertise with fire alarm element.
  • Working knowledge of BS5839 & current Health & Safety legislation.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
