Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in the Northampton area. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, working closely with our established estate agency business partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals to join one of the UK's best known mortgage brokers, offering a competitive employed package and uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Work closely with our estate agency business partners to generate leads and appointments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in whole of market mortgage broking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sales background and ability to meet targets.
