Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their factory in Yatton, Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing and packaging machinery in a state-of-the-art factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing, hold an engineering qualification, and be available to work a Panama Days and Nights shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks on manufacturing and packaging machinery
  2. Conduct multi-skilled maintenance and repairs
  3. Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth factory operations
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
