Senior IFA Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our financial planning practice, you will provide technical administrative support to our paraplanners and financial advisers, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, enhancing our company's profile and reputation.
  • Client Data Management: Accurately maintain client details, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with regulatory demands.
  • Process Development: Support the development and maintenance of internal processes to optimize business flow and service standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical information to ensure workflows are followed and standards are met.
  • Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Policy Information: Obtain full policy information from clients.
  • Annual Review Reports: Produce client Annual Review Reports.
  • Client Queries: Deal with client queries and concerns.
  • Product Research: Assist with product research and recommendations.
  • Application Processing: Process client applications efficiently.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our company database.
  • Liaison with Providers: Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties.
  • Individual Workflow: Deliver individual workflow and task delivery.
  • FE Performance Reports: Generate FE Performance Reports.
  • Client Service Standards: Support the delivery of and achievement of client service standards.
