Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled ecologist to manage and motivate our environmental team. As a Principal Environmental/Ecological Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and growing our team, conducting ecological surveys and reports, and coordinating environmental statements and reports. You will also oversee project management of complex ecological projects and develop strategies for team motivation and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong ecological background
• CIEEM membership
• Excellent team motivation and leadership skills
• Environmental statement and report coordination
• Project management of complex ecological projects
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000, with a performance-based bonus. The position requires a 37.5-hour workweek, with a mix of office and field-based work. We prioritize work-life balance and offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
