Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

This role involves working as a Multi Skilled Engineer in the thriving industrial/manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic Engineering & Manufacturing team and will require extensive problem-solving abilities and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the performance of production equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all engineering tasks are performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Participate in project work to upgrade and install new equipment, collaborating with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations within the workplace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimize operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
  • Regularly inspect machinery and report any faults to management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Assist with training of junior staff members on equipment operation and safety protocols, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • A strong academic background with a degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools, including [insert specific software and tools as needed].
