Pedagogical Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Pedagogical Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sale. In this role, you will support our teaching staff in creating a stimulating and effective learning environment.

• You will work collaboratively with our teaching staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
• Supporting students with individualized instruction and providing feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.

• Assisting teachers in preparing lessons and activities that cater to diverse student needs.
• Helping students with homework and providing guidance on academic tasks.

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in education or a related field is required for this position.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
