As a seasoned professional, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our GSF Car Parts branch, driving team performance and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through sales and service of products. You will also be responsible for managing stock movement and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of staff development, previous management experience, and a passion for sales. A background in FMCG or the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Set and monitor targets for individual team members, ensuring they are adequately skilled and equipped to meet their roles.
  • Collaborate with the management team to determine annual budgets and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with the product management department to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimal supply chain management.
  • Analyse and present management information to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize reports, EMI data, and phone analytics to support growth initiatives.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary skills to maximize sales opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and legislation.
  • Ensure seamless operational functions within the branch.

Working Hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
