Job Title: Weekend Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance tasks, including fault finding and repairs.
  • Install and commission new equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and safely.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, including remote access diagnostics and support.
  • Complete service records and job reports, including time on site and parts/spares log.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering qualification, such as HNC/HND.
  • Knowledge of packaging machinery or similar.
  • Electrical knowledge, including fault finding, schematics, wiring, and basic PLC programming skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge, including conveyors, gearing, bearings, and fabrication skills.
  • Valid full UK driving license.
