Key Stage 2 Educator Responsibilities

• As a Key Stage 2 educator, you will be responsible for promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment for children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2.

• Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses

• Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents

Job Requirements:

• A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent

• Experience in teaching Year 5 students and preparing them for SATs exams

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results

• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching

• A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, a supportive work environment, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
