About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Patch Coordinator to join our team at Town & Country Housing Group. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive customer-focused neighbourhood housing service to our residents, working closely with the Neighbourhood Services Manager to deliver exceptional services.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a patch of properties according to our policies and procedures, including low- to medium-level anti-social behaviour, tenancy management, and estate and contract management. You will also be required to represent the organisation in the community, liaising with residents, strategic partners, and other agencies to achieve mutual goals.

The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 per annum, based on the UK average cost of living.
