Supporting Student Growth Assistant

We are seeking a Supporting Student Growth Assistant to join our team at Randstad, working in our secondary schools in Sussex and Surrey. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and development of students, collaborating with teachers to design and deliver engaging lessons and providing individualized support.
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Work closely with teachers to prepare teaching materials and classroom resources, ensuring effective student progress and outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, prioritizing the emotional well-being and positive behavior of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in education and support services.
- A minimum of 12 months prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A genuine passion for Secondary education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers and students.
- Demonstrated patience and empathy, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
