Job Description: Paraplanning Professional
IDEX Consulting in Chester is seeking a skilled paraplanner to work closely with our team of financial advisers. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, providing technical support, and liaising with clients and product providers.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client portfolios to identify areas for improvement
- Assist financial advisers in delivering high-quality services by providing technical support and expertise
- Calculate and manage client tax obligations, including income tax and IHT
- Collaborate with financial advisers to develop tailored advice for clients
- Create detailed recommendation reports and supporting documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, product providers, and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and market trends
- Previous experience working in an Independent Financial Adviser practice is highly valued
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate results
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- A minimum of Level 4 qualification preferred
