IDEX Consulting in Chester is seeking a skilled paraplanner to work closely with our team of financial advisers. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, providing technical support, and liaising with clients and product providers.

• Conduct thorough analyses of client portfolios to identify areas for improvement
• Assist financial advisers in delivering high-quality services by providing technical support and expertise
• Calculate and manage client tax obligations, including income tax and IHT
• Collaborate with financial advisers to develop tailored advice for clients
• Create detailed recommendation reports and supporting documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, product providers, and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and market trends

• Previous experience working in an Independent Financial Adviser practice is highly valued
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate results
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• A minimum of Level 4 qualification preferred
