Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in East London. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
With your strong background in customer support and experience working in fast-paced environments, you will thrive in this role. Your ability to handle complex customer inquiries, provide empathetic solutions, and work collaboratively with the team will make you an excellent fit for our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be confident in using CRM systems and have experience working across multiple platforms. A business-level proficiency in English is essential, as well as excellent presentation skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous wardrobe allowance, employee discount, 30 days holiday increasing to 33 days after two years' service, and access to various benefits including dental cash plan, Aviva virtual GP, and UNUM employee assistance helpline.
