About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Architecture Social, specializing in the Architecture and Design industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with clients, identifying and engaging top talent, and leveraging our brand and resources to grow your own client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
  • Leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base and build your own little recruitment business within our one.
  • Work closely with our founder and other experienced recruiters to drive success across the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven recruitment experience within the Architecture or Design industry.
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
  • A genuine interest in the Architecture and Design sectors.
  • Comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
