We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team at Bourne Bridge House, a residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities and Autism.

Bourne Bridge House is set in six acres of land providing a beautiful working environment and great surroundings. We offer the chance to work in a lovely rural location with the opportunity to learn new skills and contribute to making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

As a Care Assistant at Bourne Bridge House, you will be part of a dedicated team promoting independence, engagement, and choice for individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will involve supporting residents across various activities such as swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, and daily tasks like shopping and socialising.

Our main aim is to provide a homely environment where continuous encouragement, education, and stimulation are core elements of supporting residents. You will encourage choice and involvement, support with personal care, and promote engagement within the home with life skills.

No experience is necessary as full training and support will be given. We value flexible candidates with a 'can-do' attitude, who are positive, motivated, and a team player.

We require all applicants to have a full, clean, and valid driver's license that can be used in the UK.
