Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our client's dynamic sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career in a thriving industry and work closely with key suppliers, business leaders, and stakeholders.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of £85,000, plus 30% bonus, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, enhanced pension, and life assurance.
Responsibilities- Developing Annual Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective annual sales plans aligned with the company's 5-year objectives.
- Maintaining Key Supplier Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with new and existing suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- Increasing Market Share: Identify opportunities to expand market presence, maximize new business prospects, and drive sales growth.
- Leading Corporate Sales: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the corporate sales team, staying informed about market trends and competitor activity.
