Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and manage the platform support portal, including all technical documentation, user-friendly support articles, how-to videos, and in-platform communication.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with company standards.
  • Work closely with the UX team to ensure documentation aligns with user interface designs and enhances overall user experience end to end.
  • Record short platform demo/how-to videos to illustrate key or complex platform processes with the support of UX, client services, and marketing.

As a Technical Writer, you will be a key stakeholder to proactively improve the user experience through a deep understanding of the workflows, use cases, and mindset of the user. You will sit within the product organization and work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and articulate technical information clearly and accurately as a trusted product expert.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technical writer in a complex technical environment and ideally familiar with SaaS products within the advertising and marketing industry that deal with consumer data, data science, analytics, cloud-based services, & media integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and content management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and information design principles.
