Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at dormakaba. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing manager and ensuring the smooth and effective running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, maintain, and review the raising of purchase orders within our ERP system to ensure continuity of stock.
• Manage and maintain working relationships with relevant suppliers.
• Monitor, report, and control stock levels, taking responsibility for all factors that determine stock availability.

Requirements:

• Previous operational experience in a busy office or supply chain environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers.
• Competent IT user, with experience in Excel and MRP systems.
