Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will be part of a comprehensive two-year program designed to develop premier investment talent. This program is ideal for high-potential buy-side investors, outstanding sell-side trading professionals, or world-class quantitative analysts seeking to advance their careers in hedge fund disciplines.


The program offers immersive exposure and intensive training, refining your investment skills to enable advancement to a senior Portfolio Manager position within Caxton. Our program has a proven track record of success, with many current Portfolio Managers having risen through this very program.


We are seeking candidates with 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, or market making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in, and direct experience implementing, the proposed investment strategy and related markets. We value entrepreneurial risk-takers with a desire to build and grow their investment strategy. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as is a demonstrated capacity for continuous growth and evolution.
