B2B Client Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for our high-value business customers at Ecotricity. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of services, and acting as a voice for the customer in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Work closely with Strategic Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and manage customer cases to minimize resolution delays and ensure accurate metering, billing, and settlement.
- Support the preparation of service updates for face-to-face meetings, KPI tracking, complaint handling, and service management.
- Collaborate with B2B Sales and Operations teams to analyze and improve processes affecting major business customers.
- Proven expertise in the energy industry and/or client or 3rd party management.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Packages.
- Utility industry knowledge and experience, including billing and metering.
