Indirect Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving customer category performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of category feedback and identify areas for development, hidden gaps, and potential risks.
- Implement innovative ideas and present and forecast category changes to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and supply changes to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to create and execute customer plans aligned with Account Plans and Joint Business Plans.
- Lead specific category activities, including store trials, consumer research, and data analysis.
- Proven experience in category management, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret numerical data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging narratives from data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-managed approach to leading category activities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial principles.
