About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration, including experience in managing payments, processing purchase orders, and conducting bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage payments for all incoming invoices.
  • Create and send purchase orders for both the Projects team and the Director's personal purchases.
  • Review and process monthly sub-contractor payment applications.
  • Assist Site Managers with ordering materials for project sites.
  • Prepare and issue regular project finance reports.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience), paid weekly every Friday, and opportunities for contract extension or permanent placement.
