About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional to join our Hospital Rapid Discharge Team at Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, ensuring effective hospital discharges and maintaining patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and treat patients presenting within the A&E department.
  2. Contribute to service development within therapies and the wider MDT.
  3. Implement policies and monitor standards of practice.
  4. Provide clinical supervision and training to colleagues.
  5. Support the operational lead with appraisal and performance management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should also have experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and contributing to service development.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,753 - £53,317 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits and discounts for NHS staff.
