Job Title: Oncology Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Dietitian to join our team in South Wales. The successful candidate will have experience working with oncology patients and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. The role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.\

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert dietary advice to oncology patients
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
- Current registration with the HCPC as a Dietitian
- Experience working with oncology patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
